How to ask

1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my TeamTold account".
2. Send it from the email address you sign in with, or tell us the mobile number you sign in with and the name of your venue.
3. We may reply to check it is you. We delete the account within one month and email you when it is done.

If you run a venue and want to close the whole venue's account, say so in your email and we will delete the venue's information as well.

What we delete

• Your name, sign-in email address or mobile number and your phone's notification token.
• Your answers to alerts and drill questions, unless the venue keeps them (see below).
• If a venue closes its account: its details, procedures, map photos, staff list, alerts, briefing and drill records, within 90 days.

What we keep and for how long

• If you leave a venue but the venue stays, the venue keeps its records of what it did, such as who attended a briefing, because they are its record. Ask the venue owner if you want your name taken off them.
• Invoices and payment records, for as long as the law requires.
